Join our Coaching Community

We invite you to be a member of our LEAD222 Coaching Community as a
Coach in Training (CT).

Typically, a CT is a point leader of a youth ministry who desires to be coached in professional skills and personal character and is willing to become a coach for others.  After the nine-month training season, CTs with the approval of their coach, are invited to become a coach and then coach new CTs for the next season (this model follows our ministry inspiration from 2 Tim. 2:2).

For only a $25 registration fee youth leaders receive 9 months of coaching. We can offer this training because of the the generous donations from around the country of individuals who have a heart and passion to see healthy leaders leading healthy ministries.

LEAD222 is committed to creating a community of coaches that value authentic community, healthy families, spiritual integrity, kingdom impact and celebration. Here's what it would mean for you to become a CT with LEAD222.
