Richy Fisher is the director of student ministries at Sugar Creek Baptist Church which is just outside Houston, TX. He has over 25 years of youth ministry leadership ranging from small churches in rural settings to larger churches in metro areas.
Richy’s passions are developing student ministry leaders and helping change the culture of student ministry to effectively reach this generation of young people. He has served as consultant and contributor to numerous ministries both inside and outside the local church and currently serves as the director of Servant Leadership for LEAD 222. Richy and his wife of 20 years and their three boys live in Richmond, TX along with his bird dogs and useless cat.

John Ortberg is the senior pastor at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church (MPPC). John’s teaching centers around how faith in Christ can impact our everyday lives with God. He has written books on spiritual formation including, The Life You’ve Always Wanted, Know Doubt, The Me I Want To Be, and most recently, Who is This Man? John teaches around the world at conferences and churches.
He holds a Master of Divinity and doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Fuller Seminary, and has done post-graduate work at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Prior to joining MPPC, John served as teaching pastor at Chicago’s Willow Creek Community Church.
John is a member of the Board of Trustees at Fuller Seminary, the Dallas Willard Center for Spiritual Formation, and has served on the board of Christianity Today International. John is married to Nancy Ortberg, and they have three grown children.

Dr. David Ferguson, LPC, is the developer of the Intimacy Therapy model. David is also a minister, author, speaker and Licensed Professional Counselor. He and his wife Teresa are Executive Directors of Intimate Life Ministries and the Great Commandment Network, serving churches throughout the world with resources and training for deepening intimacy with God and others. The Center for Relational Care was originally established as a part of Intimate Life Ministries. David’s graduate work in theology, counseling, and social sciences focused on the Great Commandment principle and its impact on relationships, ministry, and culture. Scott Condict has been in student ministry for over 16 years, recently returning to his home state of Oklahoma where he serves as Youth Pastor at Life Church - Oklahoma City. Previous to that he was on staff four years as Student Minister at Sagemont Church in Houston, TX. Scott has a master of divinity from Southwestern Baptist theological seminary. He has been married to his beautiful wife Susie for 14 years. They have three great kids: Abby, Trent, and Cale. Scott is not only passionate about seeing students lead, but also helping volunteers develop themselves in order to lead students.

Joe Landi is the Director of Student Ministries at Judson Church in Joliet, Illinois where he oversees the middle school and high school ministries. He served as a volunteer youth worker at Judson for 6 years, before being hired full-time from within. His passion in ministry is equipping, encouraging and empowering life-long leaders as they follow Jesus Christ. Because he has enjoyed the blessings of having others invest in him, Joe truly believes in the coaching and mentoring philosophy of discipleship and hopes to bless and influence others in the same way.

Judson Poling is currently President of Cambia Resources, LLC a consulting and team development firm. He is a free-lance writer and life-coach, and spent 29 years on the staff of Willow Creek Community Church doing a variety of roles including volunteer leadership development and authoring innovative growth resources. He is also the founding Board Chairman of The Crucible Project, a not-for-profit transformational retreat ministry for men with chapters in the United States and Australia.
