Our Coaches are veteran practitioners who will encourage you and help you stay in the “sweet spot” of your ministry gifts. In brief, our Coaches care most about character, competency and leading a generation to Christ.

You can expect the following:

Asking good questions. No matter what materials are employed, our coaches understand the individuals’ life is the curriculum. Good questions will help draw out the responses that will guide you, personally, in leadership development and personal character.

Listening. Our Coaches know that it is important to listen to what you say, but also listen to what is not being said. Good listening helps sort out what is happening, and is the main way to make a connection between you and your personal Coach.

Discernment. Your Coach will be a wise and insightful confidant, dependent on the Holy Spirit for additional insight when needed.  Discernment is how the Coach will help you move toward more authenticity.

God’s leading and promptings. Your Coach will not only listen to you, but to God as well. Your personal Coach knows that these whispers from God often relate to you and contain valuable ideas, encouragement and insight.

Understand boundaries and maintain confidentiality. This is vital to the Coaching relationship. Our Coaches will create safe boundaries to ensure that the relationship is private and all information shared is kept confidential.

Speaking truth. Your Coach will speak the truth and have the courage to point out the flaws, and the kindness to offer the right compliments. Our Coaches are unbiased and will speak accurately with love, tact, and wisdom.

Encouragement. No one can achieve his/her full potential without encouragement; the kind that is specific and points to God’s transforming work within each person. God wired us up to need that human voice, telling us from time to time to keep going, to cheer us on, and to be a mirror of our spiritual progress. The truth is, most people just don’t receive enough encouragement—your Coach will provide this for you.

Using resources. The task is simply too great for one individual Coach to meet all of your personal needs. All of our Lead222 Coaches work together to provide you with the best experience possible. Your Coach may put you in touch with another coach to meet any specific need you may have.
