Servant Leadership Experience is a unique one-week opportunity for students and youth workers to go serve those around the world in extreme poverty while getting practical leadership training. Students are trained to serve those in need, share their faith and learn the value of having mentors in their own lives. Many students need assistance to get to one of these life-changing experiences. Each trip costs a total of $435.00 per student. Your donation will go directly to sponsoring an individual student from youth ministries from around the country. Youth leaders around the country want and need to be a part of LEAD222’s coaching and mentoring community, but many of their youth ministry budgets simply cannot afford to support this urgent need. This one year scholarship will provide a youth leader with one-on-one coaching that is focused on personal character and profession skills; helping them to reach their full potential as both a leader and Christ-follower. A full ministry year of coaching and mentoring costs $490.00 and a donation here will go towards the cost of sponsoring a youth ministry leader for a ministry season. Training Resources LEAD222 has many gifted coaches with ideas for new resources to help other youth leaders become better equipped and more effective in leading their local ministries. Any donation we receive here will go directly towards the publishing and development of new materials and resources.
Be With Training is a one-day training event for youth leaders and volunteers to learn practical skills and proven strategies to teach leaders and students how to live a life style of mentoring.
