Servant Leadership Experience is a unique one-week opportunity for students youth workers to go serve those around the world in extreme poverty while getting practical leadership training. Students are trained to serve those in need, share their faith and learn the value of having mentors in their own lives. Many students need assistance to get to one of these life-changing experiences, each trip costs a total of $435.00 per student. Your donation will go directly to sponsoring an individual student from youth ministries from around the Country. Youth leaders around the Country want and need to be apart of this coaching and mentoring community, but many of their youth ministry budgets cannot afford this urgent need. This one year of scholarship will provide the Youth Leader with one on one coaching, focused on personal character and profession skills to help them reach their full potential as both a leader and Christ-follower. A full ministry year of coaching and mentoring costs $810.00, any donation you choose to give will go towards sponsoring a youth ministry leader. Training Resources Lead222 has many gifted youth leaders who have current resources to be developed and made available for other youth leaders to be better equipped and more effective in leading their local ministries. We have resource projects which need your support in order to bring to completion. $5,000.00 will provide three new resources for this upcoming season. Any donation amount we receive will go directly towards the publishing and development of new materials and resources.

Be With Conference is a two day training event for youth workers who want to be trained in the value of coaching and mentoring and how to effectively lead this model in their youth ministries. The operational costs for these training events around the country is $3,000.00. Your donation will help us to provide this needed training conference in cities all over the Country, and help keep the price low and accessible for youth leaders and their teams to attend. Any donation amount we receive will go directly towards planning and implementing these new conferences in 2012!
