LEAD222’s main resource for membership is built upon a ‘personal invitation approach’ – through existing members personally inviting other youth ministry leaders to join our coaching community. Having an ‘invitation only’ membership process helps to maintain a high leadership level of community and personal leadership coaching.

The next step is to get you personally connected to a veteran coach and to become a part of building a community of student ministry leaders that sharpen one another in personal character and professional skills. We are committed to developing authentic relationships that help you to lead a healthier life and have a more effective student ministry.

Once you join LEAD222 you become a part of a national leadership team. Each member serves by using his or her spiritual gifts and abilities in a personal area of interest to help with the vision of changing the culture of student ministry.

Our goal is for every member of Lead222 to eventually become a coach who mentors other youth leaders. We believe this process will bring about spiritual transformation and leadership skills in youth leaders that will eventually change youth culture.
