Lead222 is a national coaching and mentoring ministry led by Bo Boshers. Lead222 is founded on the biblical mandate of 2 Timothy 2:2, which is to disciple reliable leaders who will teach others. We are dedicated to building a community of student ministry leaders that sharpen one another in personal character and professional skills. Utilizing a variety of resources, program and training we offer experienced leadership and best practices to youth leaders and spouses, students, staff, and volunteers.

1) To change youth ministry culture to live out the call of mentoring in 2 Timothy 2:2

To change … where it is common for youth workers to be in an intentional mentoring relationship with students and to be in a mentoring/coaching relationship themselves.

Youth ministry culture… where students and youth workers are passionate about following Christ, sharing their faith and using their gifts to build the church Kingdom by investing in others.

To live out … to have a Christ-centered or Christ-like life style of influencing others (mentoring)
