Our coaching structure is designed to have one veteran coach for every three youth leaders so we can maintain a high level of personal coaching relationships to ensure you receive the proper attention and interaction.

Coaches are qualified youth ministry veterans who will connect with you from September through May during the ministry season. Each coach will focus on your Inside Game (personal character) and you're Outside Game (professional skills) to ensure you are reaching your full potential in all areas of your life.

Depending upon your specific ministry coaching needs, you can select from the following two coaching options:

Our Personal Coaching option pairs youth leaders with a personal youth ministry veteran coach; as well as peer-coaching groups of like-minded leaders to help with specific ministry issues throughout the ministry season. Additionally, Personal Coaching gives youth leaders the option of bringing any number of students and volunteers to either an international or a domestic Servant Leadership trip (with no minimum number requirement).

Our Complete Coaching option is a holistic coaching approach that includes all of the specific and personalized coaching values found within Personal Coaching plus additional training and care for your complete ministry team: leaders, parents, volunteers, students and spouse. With the Complete Coaching option you are committing to bringing either 15 people to an international Servant Leadership experience or 25 people to a domestic Servant Leadership experience.

Personal Coaching has an annual fee of $900. Membership is renewed on a yearly basis. As part of Personal Coaching you can decide to add an optional Servant Leadership trip.

Complete Coaching does not have a membership fee. There is a $500 membership registration fee that is applied towards their Servant Leadership trip
