Cost:
$490.00 annual coaching fee for a full nine-month season of coaching and mentoring (September through May).

Training and benefits you will receive with a Personal Coaching Membership:

Servant Leadership Experience: As a member of Personal Coaching, you will receive ONE FREE registration for you to attend a Domestic Servant Leadership Experience trip of your choice (a $435 value). Personal Coaching: Nine one-hour, one-on-one coaching calls with a LEAD222 Veteran Coach. These calls will focus on personal development (Inside Game), unique ministry needs and leadership skills (Outside Game).

Optional Training: six one-hour group coaching teleconferences with other practitioners to identify best practices and provide a think tank and sounding board for strategic planning and leadership direction.  This is an optional group that you can sign up for, and provides additional training during the first quarter (October-December), or the second quarter (February-April). Each of these trainings will be aligned to our monthly Leader Talk topics in order to help you dive deeper into your leadership skill development. Sign up and get info HERE.

Women Spouses online community: An online community of like-minded wives whose husbands are involved in ministry. This online community focuses on encouragement, Godly wisdom, and relevant life issues. After you become a member, LEAD222 will contact female spouses to personally invite them to the Women’s online community.

Leader Talk: Nine Leader Talk Podcasts with national leaders and top youth practitioners from around the world. As a LEAD member you have the opportunity to discuss these topics at a deeper level in your O.T. group (see “Optional Training” above).

Resources: Access to our online resource page, where you can contribute by posting training articles and resources along with other youth workers, authors, and leaders around from the world.

Be With Training: TWO FREE registrations (for you and one other member of your team) to attend one of our Be With Trainings (a $60 value)! This is our annual training event that teaches mentoring and coaching skills and how to lead a mentoring community in your ministry. Site Visit: A one-on-one personal site visit by your coach at your ministry. Site Visits generally consist of a 24-36 hour customized coaching visit to help in the study and evaluation of any strategic area of your ministry in which you feel a need to become more effective. (In some cases it may be better for you to travel to the coach for your coaching visit. In these cases, LEAD222 will provide a set budget for your travel expenses.)

SolWatch: An annual four-day training and gathering for you and your spouse (if married). This training will help you and your spouse to be encouraged and equipped to manage family and ministry in a God-honoring way. SolWatch is planned and programmed to help our members to intentionally invest in each other’s lives in order to help deepen our commitment to God, our marriages, families and relationships.
