The National Network of Youth Ministries links youth workers for encouragement, spiritual growth, and sharing resources, in order to expose every teenager to the gospel of Jesus Christ, establish those who respond in a local church, and disciple them to help reach the world.
The Willow Creek Association (WCA) is a not-for-profit organization that exists to maximize the life-transformation effectiveness of local churches. We do this by stirring up and calling out the core leadership of churches around the world, encouraging them to follow their “holy discontent” as they build life-changing communities of faith. We then equip these leaders with next-step solutions.
Compassion International exists as a Christian child advocacy ministry that releases children from spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and enables them to become responsible, fulfilled Christian adults.
We Love Our Youth Worker strives to create a national standard for how churches staff youth workers. Whether full-time, part-time or volunteer, the WLOYW Covenant, comprised of seven promises, can impact the quality of your church’s ministry. If churches and youth workers both commit to this covenant, it can lead to healthier youth workers and ministries, which will mean that youth workers serve at one church for longer, which then ultimately leads to more teens and their families hearing and living out the Gospel.
