“There is an overwhelming need for encouragement, leadership training and mentoring in youth ministries around the world. Many youth leaders do not have a mentor in their lives to help them personally and professionally. That’s where LEAD222 can make the most impact. We have a team of coaches, mentors and trainers ready to move forward. We also have a list of youth leaders who would like to be members of our coaching community, hundreds of middle school and high school students who want to be apart of our mission trips and training experiences, new County affiliate offices opening ready to open up around the world, mentor training conferences, and resources projects that need to be funded to help youth pastors and volunteers to disciple students to become committed followers of Christ.
