BASIC QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME A CERTIFIED COACH.
Five years of youth ministry experience
Two recommendations from a Senior Pastor and/or directors.
Endorsement by a Lead Certified Coach or Lead Staff
Six hours of Certified Coach training (will provide).
Five years of mentoring or coaching experience.
Full agreement with Lead222 doctrinal statement.
Two years as a Lead Member.
