Membership is LEAD222’s way of creating a path for youth pastors to receive high-level ministry coaching and mentoring. We not only coach how to grow a healthy ministry, but we dive deep with you as a leader, spouse, parent, and follower of Jesus. We believe in youth ministry and we want to do all we can to build up youth pastors! As a member, you’ll receive high quality monthly coaching from one of our Certified Coaches and a whole lot more. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Five years of youth ministry experience
Two years as a Lead222 Member
Endorsement by a Lead Certified Coach or Staff Member
Experience with mentoring or coaching others
Full agreement with Lead222's vision, mission, & doctrine
An active Lead222 Membership each season
Certified Coach’s Training (provided)

1. The real cost of our coaching is much higher than our fees, but thanks to our generous donors we’re able to provide at a more affordable cost.
2. Our fees are priced low compared to many other coaching/mentoring services for a number of reasons:
We want coaching to be accessible to as many leaders and churches as possible.
We aren’t trying to make money, so as a non-profit ministry we’ve simply created a fee structure to help with administrative costs and the creation of ongoing resources.
We do our best to provide HIGH VALUE coaching that we believe is worth every penny you invest.
