WHAT IS MEMBERSHIP?

Membership is LEAD222’s way of creating a path for youth pastors to receive high level ministry coaching and mentorship. We not only coach how to grow a healthy ministry, but we dive deep with you as a leader, spouse, parent, and follower of Jesus. We believe in youth ministry and we want to do all we can to build up youth pastors! We provide two options for membership: 1:1 Coaching Membership or Group Coaching Membership (Huddles). As a member you’ll receive 12 months of coaching from one of our Certified Coaches.

1:1 COACHING MEMBERSHIP

  • $800 per year

  • One on one coaching in person (if possible) or via monthly video calls.

  • Year 1: Work through the LEAD COACHING Playbook of 9 Markers of a Healthy Ministry.

  • Year 2: Work through the PERSONAL Playbook of 8 Essentials of Effective Youth Ministry.

  • Year 3: Become a Certified Coach for others.

GROUP COACHING MEMBERSHIP

  • $650 per year

  • Group coaching in a Huddle with 2-3 others via monthly video calls.

  • Year 1: Work through the LEAD COACHING Playbook of 9 Markers of a Healthy Ministry.

  • Year 2: Work through the PERSONAL Playbook of 8 Essentials of Effective Youth Ministry.

  • Year 3: Become a Certified Coach for others.

  • 1. The real cost of our coaching is much higher than our fees, but thanks to our generous donors we’re able to provide at a more affordable cost.

    2. Our fees are priced low compared to many other coaching/mentoring services for a number of reasons:

    1. We want coaching to be accessible to as many leaders and churches as possible.

    2. We aren’t trying to make money, so as a non-profit ministry we’ve simply created a fee structure to help with administrative costs and the creation of ongoing resources.

    3. We do our best to provide HIGH VALUE coaching that we believe is worth every penny you invest.

  • We mentor towards a healthy life, leadership, and ministry. YEAR 1 centers around, The 9 Markers of A Healthy Student Ministry, and The Lead Life Values.
