    At LEAD222, we believe healthy leaders lead healthy ministries. The Summit is an intentional gathering where youth ministry leaders can be genuinely known, step away from the demands of ministry, and invest in their spiritual, emotional, and relational health.

    Through authentic conversations, practical coaching, inspiring messages, collaborative ministry sessions, worship, prayer, and time to recharge, leaders will be encouraged and equipped to return home healthier and ready to lead. Each participant will leave with meaningful relationships and a practical 90-day plan for continued growth.
