At LEAD222, we believe healthy leaders lead healthy ministries. Rooted in Psalm 46:10, this Summit is an intentional gathering where youth ministry leaders can slow down, be genuinely known, step away from the demands of ministry, and invest in their spiritual, emotional, and relational health.

Through authentic conversations, practical coaching, inspiring messages, collaborative ministry sessions, worship, prayer, and time to recharge, leaders will be encouraged to BE…Known, BE…Healthy, and BE…Sent—returning home refreshed, equipped, and ready to lead. Each participant will leave with meaningful relationships and a practical 90-day plan for continued growth.

Our heart is to see healthy leaders, strong families, thriving ministries, and a generation reached for Christ.
