Our content centers around, The 5 Lead Life Values (Inside Game: All Years), Lead Start 100 Days, The 9 Markers of A Healthy Youth Ministry (Outside Game: Year 1), The 8 Essentials of an Effective Youth Ministry (Outside Game: Years 2-3), and Custom Coaching (Year 4+). The coaching goes deep and wide to help you be a healthy person, spouse, parent, and leader. From experience, we know that healthy leaders lead healthy ministries.
