Bo Boshers, LEAD222 President + Founder, and Dave Choutka, have written a playbook “LEAD START 100 DAY” to help youth pastors focus on the right priorities in their first 100 days. This Playbook along with personal coaching will help any youth leader (rookies or seasoned veterans). This affordable and practical coaching is a training every church should provide for their youth pastor.

    2. A Certified Coach with years of youth ministry experience

    3. 8 sessions via Zoom every 2 weeks

    We cover topics like: Spiritual Rhythms, Time Management, Building Healthy Teams, Leading Up, Growing The Ministry, and more.

    2. LEAD START 100 DAY is also available to any youth pastor/ church who is starting in a new position and wants be intentional with starting things right.

    The cost = $800. This includes the playbook, a certified coach, and 8 weeks of sessions to set up a long term plan to be a healthy leader who leads a healthy ministry.
