We get to know you and your church to understand your context, while also working with you to create a compelling job description and a candidate profile to identify the right fit for your church.

2. SEARCH FOR THE RIGHT FIT
Using the job description and candidate profile we search our LEAD222 community pool of candidates looking for youth ministry jobs, and other youth ministry connections to find the right fit for your church.

3. HIRE THE RIGHT FIT
Once we find the right candidate we vet them, perform personality assessments, and walk with you to finalize the hiring process so you can hire the right candidate.

4. COACH THE RIGHT FIT
After placement, we provide the LEAD START 100 day coaching by one of our certified trainers to launch your youth worker towards ministry effectiveness and health. After LEAD START 100 day coaching your new youth pastor can get connected with a Certified Coach by signing up for LEAD COACHING Membership.

LEAD STAFFING is a flat fee of $9,500 divided into 3 installments:

1. First Installment: $3,250 - Due at the beginning of Step 1

2. Second Installment: $3,250 - Due at the beginning of Step 2

3. Third Installment: $3,000 - Due at the completion of Step 3

The industry average for recruiting is 30% of the first year total compensation package. (As an example: If your youth worker’s total compensation is $50,000 for the first year, the industry average would cost you $15,000 to recruit that position.)

Our pricing is a flat fee. We are less expensive than the industry average and there are no surprise fees!

We are a non-profit coaching organization, not a staffing firm. This means that we aren’t just interested in placing youth workers, we care about coaching youth workers long-term so they can be healthy, and lead healthy families and ministries. Every youth ministry placement comes with our LEAD START 100 coaching to help set that youth worker up for sustained health and ministry effectiveness.
